Story of Popo and Bozo, Two friends who set out for an evening cycle ride but they have to escape a mysterious giant to reach home safe. The story was inspired from a cycle journey me and my friend had in 2021 near our college. In the middle of the journey, we saw a bungalow, which was never expected in the middle of a mango plantation. The story was turned into an captivating narrative during a classroom project in NID.
In search of how differently I can present the story, I did many style exploration and got hooked by a cave painting style of illustration. The challenge of presenting the complex story in simple line drawings. The colour palette was chosen inspired from the cave painting references and coloured charcoals were used to achieve the texture
